Through deep listening and structured conversations, I help you clarify your book’s purpose, audience, and core message, then build a solid chapter-by-chapter outline to guide us.
Draft & develop >
You talk, I write. We work in a live document, with you providing voice notes, ideas, or feedback. I ghostwrite the manuscript in your voice, and you can review or refine as we go.
Refine & finalise
Once the draft is complete, I carry out a detailed editorial review, refining structure, tone, and clarity. You’ll have time for light edits before we finalise the manuscript for handover.

I’m Jo. I’ve spent the past 18 years helping founders, entrepreneurs, and global brands tell stories that stick. From leading marketing and communications across six continents to writing speeches, web copy, and everything in between, my focus has always been the same: understand the audience, honour the voice, and create lasting impact.
Along the way, I’ve been lucky to meet and work with extraordinary people - visionaries, change-makers, and builders - whose stories have inspired me as much as I’ve helped shape them.
I love working with founders, translating complex ideas and lived experience into clear, compelling narratives. Books are my favourite medium. In a world obsessed with short-form everything, books let us go deep. They capture legacy. They endure.
As a ghostwriter, much of my work is behind NDAs and confidentiality clauses, but I have written on behalf of individuals from Google, Opera Software, Epic Games and many, many more.
